Terms of use


1. You now have the opportunity to order a Dacia Duster online. Ordering enables you to reserve priority delivery of your chosen vehicle when the first vehicles arrive in the UK, from January 2013. A £100 deposit is required to secure your order. You must pay a £100 deposit, payable online by credit of debit card, in respect of each vehicle reserved.

2. In ordering your car, you understand and acknowledge that Renault UK (hereinafter referred to as “Dacia”.) intends to make the vehicle available for purchase through their selected authorised Dacia Dealer network.

3. You will need to create a customer account online. This will include your identification details,postal address, phone number and email address.

4. You will be given a user name and password which can be used to access your account and order details at a later date.

5. Once you have registered your personal details, you must select the specification of the vehicle you wish to order, including colour, options and accessories.

6. You must also select your preferred supplying Dealer to fulfill delivery of your vehicle. A list of participating dealers, sorted in order of postcode proximity to your home address, will be visible to you.

7. Once you have completed your order you will receive two confirmation emails: one from your chosen Dealer and one from our online payments supplier, SagePay.

8. You will not be able to change the specifications of your vehicle after you have received the confirmation e-mail. If you wish to amend your order, you will need to cancel your order by calling Dacia Customer Services on 0800 99 11 99. You will then need to resubmit a order by following the standard procedure. 9. Your chosen dealer will inform you of the arrangements for making full payment of the car and will ask you to sign a vehicle order form at the Dealership. Your initial £100 order deposit will be subtracted from the final invoice.

10. You will enter a legally binding agreement by signing a vehicle order form at your selected Dealer.

11. The order does not guarantee a contract of purchase or availability of the vehicle in the UK. If Dacia are not able to supply your vehicle, you will be fully refunded.

12. If you wish to arrange finance, please speak to your Dealer.

13. We do guarantee that the vehicle ordered will have priority over those which have not been ordered.

14. Any order on 31st December 2012 which has not been confirmed as a vehicle order at your selected dealership will be cancelled and the deposit refunded.


15. You can withdraw at any time provided you have not entered into a legally binding agreement with your Dacia Dealer to purchase the vehicle. You will be notified when this is about to happen by your selected Dacia Dealer.

16. You must notify us of your cancellation by calling Dacia Customer relations, Freephone telephone: 0800 99 11 99 (Opening hours: 9 am to 5.30 pm -Fri, from 10 am Wed and closed Bank holidays) or by sending a letter to Customer Relations, Dacia, The Rivers Office Park, Denham Way, Rickmansworth, WD3 9YS.

17. We will fully refund your £100 deposit if you cancel your order at any time before vehicle delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights, entering into a legally binding agreement with your Dacia Dealer. Your deposit will be refunded on the credit or debit card you used when making the deposit payment. If your card has expired, our call centre will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.


Updating the Terms and Conditions

DACIA reserves the right to modify and update access to the site as well as the terms and conditions at any time and you agree to be bound by any such variations. You must therefore refer to these pages regularly to check the terms and conditions.
