  • How does the website work?

    1. What are the advantages of Dacia Store?

    By placing the order for your Dacia online we offer a smooth and seamless process for purchasing your new car.  You can place your order when you like, we are always open.  Your initial £100 deposit will be subtracted from the final invoice of your car.

    2. How to search my vehicle?

    Visit the website and browse the pages to choose which Dacia you would like. Configure the car, using the “Build and Order your Car” link and then you will be able to place your order online

    3. Can I order online?

    You can order all Dacia cars online.  Simply configure the car you would like and click on the “Order” button.  You will need to pay a £100 deposit online.

    4. When can I place an order?

    Dacia ordering in the UK opened on 28th June 2012. You can order any of our vehicles at anytime.

    5. Is the payment secure?

    Yes, your payment is secure. We use the SagePay payment system in order to process your payment because it is quick, easy and secure to use.

    6. Online payment is it secure?

    Online payment is made through paypal, a secure connection that encrypts your data and ensures confidentiality of your banking information. The bank details are not recorded and are sent directly to the bank concerned. Dacia store ROI and its partner (the finance company Renault group) is doing everything possible to ensure complete security of online payments.

    Deliveries will start in March 2013. It may take up to 6 months from placing your order to delivery of your car.

    Buying your vehicle from Dacia Store offers the guarantees applicable throughout the Dacia network. Your new Dacia comes with a 3 year warranty or 60,000 mile manufacturers warranty

    5. What warranty on my car does Dacia offer me ?

    Buying your vehicle from Dacia Store offers you the guarantees applicable across the Dacia network. BRAND GROUP RENAULT, Dacia is based on technical solutions that have proved to their efficiency and reliability, enabling it to offer a 3 year warranty or 100,000 km and advantageous operating costs.

    Your Dacia Store activation code has been sent to the email address you gave us while registering.
    =>Go to your account and check that your email is correct. If this is wrong, update it and click on 'Request a new activation code'
    =>Check that your inbox is not full

    2. Can I part-exchange my car?

    For part-exchange, please get in touch with your preferred dealership.

    3. I live outside the UK, can I place an order?

    Sorry, we can only deliver within the UK.

    4. Who can I contact to order a vehicle?

    You can order online or place an order for a Dacia at any Dealership.

    5. Where can I see the status of my order?

    You can see the status of your order by logging in to your Dacia Store account.

  • The delivery

    Your dealer will contact you to finalise your order. You will need to visit your dealership so that your ID and driving licence can be checked. Your Dealer will contact you to confirm all the details.

    2. Where will my car be delivered?

    Once the vehicle has been ordered, your dealer will confirm the delivery date.

    3. What do I need to do to insure my vehicle?

     A few days before the delivery of your vehicle, your dealer will send you the VIN and registration. With this, you will be able to request quotes from insurance providers. Please note, you need to arrange for insurance before taking delivery of the car.

    4. What should I do to insure my vehicle? When?

    A few days before delivery, your dealer will communicate to you the chassis number of the vehicle and the provisional registration, so you can share it with your insurance firm. Warning: You will need your insurance agreement on the day of delivery in order to collect your vehicle.
