Whatever your need, we have a range of online tools to support you.  Our Virtual Showroom allows you to explore new Dacia models from the comfort of your home. Expert Product Gurus are on hand to demonstrate the latest Dacia products via live one-to-one video chat, from 12pm – 8pm, Monday to Friday.  You can also browse our latest offers and use our ‘Select & Deliver’ service to secure a brand new Renault in stock for collection as soon as possible. With Dacia Buy Online, you can configure, buy, finance, and even arrange home delivery of your chosen Dacia – all from the comfort of your own home.  For existing customers, you can manage your Dacia Finance online too.

Retailer Network Status (updated 01/04/2021)


​Our sales showrooms are reopening in line with the timeline set by the UK countries. Starting with our Scottish retailers on 5th April, closely followed by English and Welsh retailers on 12th April. Our sales showrooms in Northern Ireland remain closed until further Government announcements.


Dacia retailers are working hard to manage enquiries as quickly as possible but please bear with us if you do not receive a response right away. According to government guidelines, test drives may resume, however availability and processes to ensure a safe and smooth experience will be managed by individual retailers. For more information, you can contact your local retailer directly or go to our dealer locator to find their details.


Our workshop facilities are open for servicing, maintenance and repair work. You can book a service online or, alternatively, please call your local retailer or check their website to enquire about their current availability.


If you are awaiting delivery of your new Dacia vehicle, you’ll be pleased to know that, wherever possible, our retailers are organising safe ‘contactless’ vehicle collection appointments. Please contact your chosen retailer for further information.


Outside of restricted areas, our sales showrooms are open to the public. However, we advise booking an appointment before your visit to ensure a safe, smooth and successful visit.

You can expect a safe, welcoming and friendly environment whether you are picking up a new vehicle or visiting a workshop,with clear evidence of social distancing, signage and sanitation measures in place to support and reassure during your visit.


Any customer visiting a Dacia retailer can expect the highest standards of hygiene and safety measures, in line with the latest Government recommendations. This means:


  • Strict social distancing at all times
  • Use of appropriate personal protective equipment by our staff
  • Hand sanitiser and personal protective equipment available for customer use
  • Sanitisation of your new vehicle
