Dimensions agreements include a £149 Acceptance Fee payable with the first monthly payment and an Option to Purchase Fee of £149 payable with the last monthly payment. APR will vary depending on cash price, deposit and period. Dimensions examples are correct at time of publication and are based on an annual agreed mileage of 6,000. If the vehicle is returned to Renault Finance at the end of the agreement and the agreed mileage has been exceeded, a charge of 8p per mile excess will be payable. If the vehicle is returned to Dacia Finance at the end of the agreement, it should be in good condition. If not, a further charge may be made to pay for any accidental damage to the vehicle or excess wear and tear with regards to its age and mileage. A guarantor may be required.

Your motor settlement shortfall: If your vehicle is stolen or declared a total loss under your motor insurance policy, this insurance will pay the shortfall between the motor insurer’s settlement and the price paid for your vehicle (or the outstanding finance settlement if this is higher)

Once you have chosen a vehicle, your local dealer will complete a finance application with you using our on-line application system.
We will require some specific data from you to enable a credit search to be completed. This will include, but not restricted to, name (including previous names), address (including previous addresses if changed within 3 years of application), date of birth, employment details, bank details.

Details you provide will be retained and may be used for credit assessment. A search will be made with Credit Reference Agencies (CRAs), who will record this for view by other Agency users. Your details will be checked with fraud prevention agencies and will be recorded if fraud is suspected. You must disclose details of others referred to by you, and uthorize us to search and record details at the CRAs about each of you. Information held by the CRAs may already be linked to records relating to one or more financial partners, including records held in previous or subsequent names. For individuals, sole traders and partnerships an “association” will be created at the CRA, which will link your financial records. Any sensitive information obtained will only be processed in order to provide the service requested. Your details will be treated in confidence. They may be shared with any company in the same Group as Mobilize Financial Services (details available on request), together with the Introducer/ associated Companies/Insurers (if applicable) who will advise how they use your details. Your details may be disclosed where permitted by law or where you have consented. You may be contacted by mail, telephone, fax (if you give your consent), email or other methods with details of products or services offered. Yes, you can nominate an additional person for us to discuss your agreement with. To make this a permanent request for your agreement, please write to Mobilize Financial Services, Rivers Office Park, Denham Way, Maple Cross, Rickmansworth, WD3 9YS including your agreement number and car registration number and the details of the person you are nominating including their name, address and date of birth.
No, your agreement cannot be transferred into another name.
If you have put a personalised number plate on your vehicle since signing your agreement, please advise Mobilize Financial Services Customer Services on 0333 009 0233 of the new details and supply evidence from the DVLA of the new registration number so that we can amend our records.
At the end of your agreement if you are returning the vehicle and you wish to keep your personalised plate, you will need to have the vehicle re-registered.

Generally speaking, the vehicle cannot be taken out of the UK for more than 21 days at a time, however please refer to your original agreement terms and conditions in the section "The Vehicle" or "The Goods" for the specific rules relating to your agreement.

If your vehicle has been damaged you will need to have it repaired under your motor insurance policy before it is returned. If there is any damage that has not been repaired to the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association's (BVRLA) standards when your vehicle is returned, you will be charged for the repairs. Mobilize Financial Services will also need details of any accident damage you have had repaired during the course of your agreement. A copy of the BVRLA handbook is available upon request.
Should I stop making payments on my agreement?
You must continue to make the payments on your agreement until your insurance company has resolved the matter. Please call Mobilize Financial Services on 0333 009 0233 as soon as possible to advise them of the situation. If the amount paid by your insurance company to settle the agreement is not as much as the settlement figure on your agreement, you will be liable to pay the remaining shortfall amount. However, if you have taken out GAP insurance, the shortfall amount could be covered.

You could, if you like, repay your loan early. To do so you will need a settlement quote. This can be obtained by contacting Mobilize Financial Services on 0333 009 0233. The calculation of the settlement figure varies depending on the type of agreement you have and when it was signed.
If you have an agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 this will be clearly stated on the agreement itself (Regulated Agreement). Settlement figures for Regulated Agreements are calculated in accordance with the Consumer Credit (Early Settlement) Regulations 1983 if your agreement was signed before 31 May 2005, and under the 2005 regulations for all other Regulated Agreements.
On early settlement, the amount of interest you pay will generally be less than you would have paid if the loan had run its full course. The closer you are to the end of your loan term, the smaller the interest saving will be if you settle early. The FLA has a leaflet which explains the calculations in full. Towards the end of your Personal Contract Purchase Agreement, Mobilize Financial Services will write to advise you of the options available to you. You will have 4 choices: Drive away a new Dacia, Keep your Dacia, Return the car to us or Refinance the Optional Final Payment.
If you have a standard Hire Purchase agreement, you will own the car once all the payments are made. If you have a Personal Contract Hire, you will hand the car back. You can contact Mobilize Financial Services on 0333 2000 002 for more details.

Alternatively, please contact Mobilize Financial Services on 0330 331 0228 for advice on how to return your vehicle. Once your vehicle is returned, it will be inspected and you will be charged for any damage that falls outside the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association's (BVRLA) Fair Wear and Tear guideliness.
If you want to keep your personalised plate, telephone the DVLA on 0870 2400010 to obtain a retention certificate (this may take up to 6 weeks). You will receive a new V5C containing your vehicle's new registration. Please do not return the vehicle until you have this form and have signed the yellow section 9. Return the entire form to Mobilize Financial Services, Rivers Office Park, Denham Way, Maple Cross, Rickmansworth, WD3 9YS who will pass it to the DVLA.
If you return your vehicle with the personalised plate, Mobilize Financial Services Ltd will assume you are happy to pass it on.
On a Hire Purchase or Renault Selections agreement, once you have made all the payments including the Option to Purchase fee, Mobilize Financial Services will transfer the legal title of the goods into your name. With a Lease or Contract Hire agreement, you will only ever lease the vehicle and legal ownership of the goods will always remain with Mobilize Financial Services Ltd.
Your Dacia Dimensions finance agreement is based on an agreed mileage determined and agreed between you and your dealer at the start of your agreement. If you decide to return the vehicle to us at the end of your agreement and the original agreed mileage limit has been exceeded, we will charge you for the extra miles at a rate of 6p per mile. Excess mileage charges are only applied if you return the vehicle to us.
