In the day I was due to collect my Dacia (motability) I was treated so poorly by staff at showroom that I left without it and cancelled the order. Will never ever consider a Dacia again.

Car is faulty constantly have problems randomly cuts off shakes don't feel safe at all and it's had repairs definitely dont recommended seats are very uncomfortable too

Have a high clutch pedal you haven fixed it took 5 weeks to get appointment . Had a similar problem with Skoda machine came out two days took it to garage fixed

Broke down within 2 weeks of buying it (new!). Got fixed, but wasn't quick, customer service was poor, and just not what you expect from a brand new car.

The front doors are to low. The storage is impractical for a wheelchair. Has great fuel mileage but definitely should not be offered to disabled people.

Poor seats and carpets
Plus seat belts not brilliant
Inside two much bolts and fittings not covered, floor mats poor quality.

Hate the speed bleep and the steering correction is dangerous. When taken out of reverse camera stays on . Wouldn’t buy again.

Gear box plus other parts failed within the first few weeks then the parts couldn't be released to fix it . Awful experience.
