Gear box grinding when engaging 5th gear (only) Took the car into the garage on Monday 5 January who have assessed the situation and feel my vehicle requires a new gearbox, however, as of the time of writing they are still awaiting confirmation from your Tech team.

Brand new Dacia Duster that has broken down with the failure of the electric motor in the hybrid on its first major journey. Support from the dealer was non existent when we were stuck in temperatures of minus 10 on a mountain road in the French Alps.

Got my NEW car on 28th july. Couple of days there were yellow gearbox warning. Went back twice to garage and couldnt fix. Next week going to be the 3rd one going back to garage. This is a hassle. R u selling broken car?

Dacia app showing order of our car is being prepared for delivery. We’ve had it 6 months why is the app not updated. Makes me think this is all marketing bull. Will not rate our car under these circumstances

Infotainment system is not functioning.
The cameras don’t work.
I have to wait over a month to get it fixed despite it being a new car.
Very disappointed as my other Duster was a brilliant car.

Returned my Duster in under two months. Incorrect spec on arrival, terrible quality control, damaged interior and rattly interior.
On the plus side the car looks great, fuel economy was decent.

Sat Nav difficult to understand. Very poor economy even on long run. Keep having to adjust seat height by pumping it up at the side on every trip. Other glitches that are frustrating.

Problem with exhaust system after 200 miles on the clock, still waiting for update regarding comparing with the exact model as mine. It’s now been 3 months and still waiting

Disappointed with the gear change on the hybrid particularly on inclines.
The engine always sounds like it is labouring.
It sounds like it needs to change up a gear sooner

The car is 13 weeks old and has been back to the dealership twice due to it failing to start.
I have lost faith in the car and ever time I get in I fear it will not start
