Far too much distracting information much of which is either unnecessary ( you mean you wouldn't notice that the car was going up or down hill without a display on the dashboard?) or badly designed especially making adjustments to the heating and fan into tabs (instead of simple dials) which is dangerously difficult to do whilst driving. Very annoying that it seems to have a mind of its own and randomly reverts to its own choices on everything from 20mph speed limiting to choosing its own favorites on the radio.

Like the look of the vehicle and it is very economical to tax, insure and run.

Since I found a very competent,bright and empathetic salesperson (her name is Willow ) who explained about using the ECO option, the vehicle handles much better though I still find the gear changes and ratios not suited to my driving. This is particularly annoying as my only reservation when first approaching Dacia was that it was part of Renault and the only one of the many vehicles I have driven over nearly 60 years of driving that I really hated was a Renault as its gears changes were like stirring thick porridge and the ratios all wrong for me. Please note that I am NOT suggesting that there is anything wrong with the car, just it doesn't suit me which I would probably have noticed had I been given a test drive. I suppose being not only a woman but elderly that was too much to expect!

This is my third Dacia Duster so far, mk1, mk2 and now 3. I absolutely love the advancements in design, aesthetics and technology. Shame about the engine! I have a 1.2 TCe 130, the only engine available with 4x4. Previously both my Dusters were the 1.5 DCi and perhaps I have been spoiled but I find the TCe lacks power, and it definitely lacks torque. I have stalled pulling out of junctions too many times to mention. I also find the handling very skittish. The concentration of a Formula 1 driver is required to keep it anywhere near in a straight line and if the lane departure assistance is turned on, it's undriveable.

Please don't misunderstand me, I love it. I just wish it was better :)

Could do with a more user friendly computer system . It is extremely difficult to use . On a small note , the seat belt female connectors could be a little longer , I have great difficulty thrusting my hand down between my seat and the central arm rest to insert the seatbelt spigot ! It is nice to drive when you are not eternally stuck in traffic jams !! Oh yes , front cameras would be great for close parking .

Overall very happy with the car and the service was very good. Just a couple of hiccups.

No1 disappointed that there was no actual manual for the instruments operation

No2 I was offered temporary insurance for the handover but on picking up the car the insurance was declined because of my age,no mention of any restrictions in the sales pitch.

The car is fantastic and would recommend to anybody. Great self charging Hybrid as currently getting 50% of miles from self charge. Dissapointed that i purchased the car in September and you are now offering 3 years free servicing. |At no point was this mentioned as an option.

Only purchased in September but very happy with it so far. Only one minor fault, but not a fault as such. Front seat safety belts can be awkward to fit if wearing heavy coat. Maybe a short extension to the fitting adjacent to the armrest/storage compartment would make it easier to access.

Car arrived at dealership with chip on door and door needing realignment.

Water ingress on front passenger side required new door seal.

All the above was rectified.

I love my Dacia Duster despite the above initial issues and has not put me off buying one again in the future.

Make the dash screen more customisable. Its good what it does, but could be better.

Also, when I adjust the volume when the satnav is talking, it then defaults to the satnav volume afterwards when I use the volume controls. So I cant adjust the radio with the controls.

EVERYTHING WAS DONE FROM MY ARMCHAIR WITHOUT ANY STRESS ABOUT HAVING TO WORRY ABOUT RUNNING BACK AND FORWARDS WHICH IS TIME CONSUMING.

VERY PROFESSIONALLY DONE FROM THE DACIA END WITH MINIMUM FUSS,SO WAS VERY SATISFYING FROM START TO FINISH OF THE PROCESS.

Comfort features are a treat, i enjoy the heated seats and steering wheel, etc. But crucially the engine is incredibly underpowered, nothing like the now retired diesel engine it had previously. Should have replaced it with an engine of same capability.
