I have a Duster 1.8 hybrid, 2026, I was super excited for this car. Always loved Dacia. Problem is, the software withholds the cars real power, every now and then you get a tatse of it, it over revvs when trying to charge as well. That poor engine, its done it on the default software. 1.6 software and theb1.5 software after the updates were done the car is just terrible. Its jerking when its goes under 1 line of charge instead of just giving power to the petrol motor. Let the car take power when there is no charge and dont allow it to charge so "hard" at other times. I just want what I thought I bought. Love tye shape and I know this car can be perfect! Happy to change this to 5 stars if the car can ever be fixed.

For the price point the Dacia duster is a good car unfortunately I had issues with the entertainment system going off while using the maps and radio through my phone (Android)

The radio or Spotify starts to crackle and lost sound then it switches itself off and back on again which is inconvenient when using the satellite navigation

So if this could be rectified maybe a simple update that would be very helpful

I love the new Duster. It is easy to drive, the all round cameras make it easy to park and it looks great. The facelift gives the car a chunky, rugged look, and the interior feels much better. The boot is bigger too. I can get everything that I need to in it. I couldn't have lived with the old duster. I am proud of owning the new one.

After driving conventional petrol manual cars for so many years, the hybrid automatic makes driving so much easier!

Also makes me a better driver because it is so smooth.

To do better, either have fewer electronic gadgets, because lots of them are NOT logical to my old brain; or write the manual for us pre-computer age kids!

I would prefer to have Brake & Hold / Auto HOLD as with Mercedes. I cannot find any way to suitably set the driver's seat so that I can sit up high and easily slide in between the steering wheel and seat. It is not sufficiently adjustable! Otherwise I'm happy enough with the car at present, having done only 500 miles.

Everyone should drive a dacia duster hybrid great to drive it’s my first hybrid and my first automatic I could drive it all day I drove it down to north Ayrshire from Aberdeen and back twice now and I can’t wait to go down again no complaints i always drove a ford and my Dacia is a better drive,Richard from Aberdeen .
