The whole experience of buying a Dacia bigster hybrid from Bennetts in Leeds was stress free and quite enjoyable.

All the staff I interacted with were friendly but professional, especially Karolina,who made me feel like a valued customer even though it was my first Dacia.

So much different than from skoda main dealer previous cars superb and karoq.

Will definitely be going back to Bennetts Leeds for my next car.

Overall very happy with the Bigster. Performance, practicality, size, and general feeling are all there. The only downsides are an occasionally frustrating infotainment system (Renault’s) where connections don’t always complete successfully, and where the heated steering wheel button also needs to be selected 3 times before activating, somewhat weirdly. Other than that it’s hard to find fault, for the money.

First impression's very positive, met all expectations and exceeded some. Driving feels very relaxed and positive when required. Fastening front seat belts a fiddly, bit of a concave in the centre console at the seat belt stalk would suffice.

Yet to put it through its paces (camping trips) maybe a review in 12 months time. Some would say not a leader in its class but it certainly is in its price range.

The economy from my Bigster Journey 1.8 hybrid is outstanding. The load capacity is second to none. The layout is clean and tasteful and the design just looks great. The steering is a little vague, though I can live with that but what I cannot tolerate is that the MyDacia app hasn't worked since I bought the car some three months ago and 'nobody' is offering help or providing updates on this problem.

Really pleased with my purchase (the full hybrid Extreme)…lots of positives, eg heated steering wheel, heated front seats, big clear control screen, rollback parcel shelf, refrigerated console compartment, the drive, not to mention the look and comfort. The only disappointment was not getting a remote boot opening function - it was so hard to choose between the two top of the range options!

Very comfortable to drive, loads of space, massive boot space like a van when rear seats down. Economical on fuel.

Very good media system. Like extra storage area underneath boot space.

Love heated seats and steering wheel.

Still not sure of all the controls yet after three months.

Minor problem with loose buffer on rear boot door which has been replaced but has come loose again.

I really like almost all aspects of the Bigster, the size, boot space the drive the cabin features the look of it and the value for money. My only complaints are some minor rattles with the phone holder by the steering wheel that are annoying.

The car also occasionally 'hiccups' where it seems to misfire during acceleration, however this is extremely rare and hard to replicate.

So far so good. The Bigster has met my expectations. However, I did have to have a chat with the garage regarding what I thought the car engine over - revving at times and was assured this was due to being Hybrid ?

My five star rating is based on the car so far and does not reflect the rating of the dealership from where I purchased the car unfortunately.

I had a brilliant purchasing experience with the dealership from Fay Coleman, who is a great knowledgeable sales executive. This lady made sure my experience was smooth and seamless and kept me informed all through the process. I wish all my purchases were as easy.

Post purchasing, this lady continues to monitor my Dacia Bigster and remains extremely helpful.

Like almost everything about this car except for two VERY important missing items, namely a full printed handbook about every control and the absence of a full sized spare wheel. These two items will put me off buying a replacement vehicle in three years time unless they come as standard on future vehicles.
