As soon as I drove my brand new duster off the forecourt it had a rattle from the passenger side of the dashboard took it back the next day but and after 2 attempts to fix it on the third attempt it was discovered that it needs a completely new dashboard that was over a month ago and I am still without the vehicle as the dacia dealership are still waiting for a new dashboard to arrive I can't understand how this was not picked up at the factory when it was going through its quality checks at the factory this is the first and last time I will buy another dacia vehicle.

Electronic hand brake stuck on and several warning on the dash. Absolutely no help from the dealer or Dacia. It happened on Tuesday 17th June and was told by the dealer the earliest it could be booked in to have it checked was the first of July 14 DAYS wait. I asked what would happen if broke down in traffic the answer given was to call the brake down service and they would tow it in to the dealers and it would sit and wait or it could be fitted in if they had a cancelled appointment. Not very good for a car just 2 months old.

It’s not performing as it should. My husband and I are somewhat disappointed with its performance on steep roads that we have to use living in a Valley.

We were assured by the sales team it would perform well and better than our trade in 3 year old Dacia Duster Prestige automatic, well up to now it has not performed better and we now try to avoid the steepest roads which has made our run out to regular spots now takes longer to reach.

The car is the Dacia Journey, 1.6 Automatic Hybrid.

I'd only had the car for around 6 weeks when I noticed the fault and I told you and the dealership I wasn't happy with the car. It got to the point where my car spent more time sitting on the forecourt of the dealership than it did on my drive.

Can you improve things I certainly hope so.

Unfortunately you can't in my case, I've lost faith in Dacia and certainly wouldn't buy or recommend you to my family and friends.

Asked for a manual as there are lots of buttons etc and very hard to learn what they all do without instructions. I have been waiting months for this promised manual but still no sign of it. No communication from Holdens in Norwich to tell me what the delay is. Completely fed up and beginning to wish I hadn’t chosen a Dacia.
