I really like the exterior design, very neat and chunky and cool. It's fun and easy to drive, very responsive and cheap to run. Comfortable seats, good sized boot. Nice to have would be push button start, keyless entry and the ability to open the charging port remotely, but I guess these would push up the price. All in all, very pleased with it.

I greatly enjoy driving my Dacia Spring around the local rural and urban roads. Simple to operate, cheap to charge, easy to park and fun to drive. A minor beef is that the rear suspension is noisy over poor surfaces. Great value and an excellent car.

Like the colour and the drive . However hate not having a manual . Can’t get reverse sensors to work . Also not aware the cold affects the battery life . Would have line full handover

Love the car but the lock for the boot is driving me mad really don’t know why the fob doesn’t open the boot. First car I’ve had that doesn’t do this

Daughter my carer LOVES it. I would have liked a bigger heavier car being tall and large! but the Spring was the cheapest option for me.

The main thing I would change is the ability to open charge point with key instead of having to open car door first. Otherwise great

Great car but battery lost 29 miles range in 3 months will be an issue

Absolutely shocking service. Will never buy another vehicle from Lookets Chester or recommend. When collected from dealership very poor handover with limited explanation of how to use basic functions - told it was due to poor wifi - absolute rubbish as couldn't connect to Dacia app for 30 HOURS! Also paintwork was faulty (which was later corrected), internal roof fabric had been scraped but was told it was an 'imperfection in the fabric' - everyone who's seen it says it's been scraped. Rear Dacia logo on boot had marks on it. Immediately phoned and sent photos of the faults. Car was picked up and paintwork on passenger door fixed however, when the car was returned to me the marks on the boot were even worse and clearly visible. I rang Lookers and was told it was just dust/dirt from driving the car back!! Sent more photos to prove this was absolute nonsense. Also said they'd look at internal roof fabric.

I was told they'd supply me with a loan car whilst mine was fixed and this was confirmed by email which also stated by way of an apology they'd send me a cup holder which never arrived. I didn't hear anything for 4 weeks so rang them and asked about the cup holder and when my car was going to be fixed. I rang on a Monday and was told the salesman was on leave till Thursday but the manager l spoke to rudely queried why l was due to be sent a cup holder as he didn't know anything about it so sent the email promising it. He did nothing and l had to wait until the salesman returned on Thursday.

Eventually car was collected and loan car dropped off. Told l'd need a replacement rear part but could take up to 10 days. I had previously suggested they order the part earlier and, if not required, it could be returned as this would save time but no, this wasn't done. Heaven forbid anyone should be proactive or use common sense.

I now have my car back but no proper apology and do not appreciate being accused of lying over some crappy plastic cup holder which, by the way, has a lead that is too short to connect to a mobile but hey ho l finally have my car.

The customer service at Lookers Chester is non existent and no one seems to have heard of Quality Control. I also strongly object to being fobbed off and taken for a fool as if l can't see faults that clearly exist!

DON'T EVER BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS APPALLING DEALERSHIP

Glitchy electronics, a boot lid that will only close if your hand is in a very specific place, tyres with the ride quality of 2p piece's, a heater that really struggles to keep you warm (that will be due to the lack of insulation) and a regeneration system that actively fights you, you can feel the car buck as is kicks in and out, oh and a fault with the charging system that they are fixing but aren't telling anyone about.
