So the car was bought brand new in July 2025, and unfortunately it has already had to go in for warranty work, the car was collected late in the evening so the lighting was poor, when I got to see the car in the daylight I noticed all the discoloured trims, this is from the vehicle being sat at the dock side or whereever (car was taken from Dacias central stock), the cowling under the front wiper was a bleached grey and the steel wheels were bleached as well, it has been a fight to get this sorted and has certainly left a bad taste in my mouth, the infotainment isn’t great, it has got better with a few updates but it is slow and buggy still, the car is supplied with actual linglong tyres which at any sign of moisture like to spin rather than grip. The car is currently with a dealer where they have identified a rattle but don’t know how to fix it.

****UPDATE****

Just an update and I collected the car back on the 3rd, and was assured by the dealership the noise was fixed and it's still there.

The dealership replaced the steel wheels but didn't bother to clean all the tyre soap off the wheels or even clean the car, which considering the ongoing issues.

The sun bleached trim has been replaced but now the outer trims are a different colour.

I emailed the dealership Martins Dacia of Reading with the report on the issues still being present on the 4th November and I am yet to have an email back (12th November), they obviously do not care as Dacia have emailed them and they do not bother to even contact them back

75 plate totally compatible for city life style if it could produce what it offers,,constant sensor faults safety drive deactivate whilst driving,very poor balancing on the steering when changing direction,,straight steering is beautiful but Turing’s and taking corners the car does not seem to hold the road very well battery can never decide if it’s charged or flat I’ve drove under a mile and it’s dropped 60% sometimes taking keys out of ignition and the engine continues to run and when I lock it at night it continues to drain the battery.

I could go on!!! It’s been returned ito have software updates but problem still persist and are becoming worse so sadly to say as lovely this car is on paper it’s completely different behind the wheel snd what a shame..:,

Recalled after 8 weeks which caused huge issues as it’s a mobility car. Got a hire car following afternoon so my son missed a day at work.

Garage really difficult to get hold of and when I complained about the whole thing I got sent a box with some chocolate bars in which was totally inappropriate as my son can’t eat them.

Car is ok but wouldn’t recommend it or the garage.

it was great to drive but I had to return the car as it was never explained that it would take at least 20 mins to heat up during the cold weather and that the back of the car was only fit for children. I only had it a few days and the company would only take it back as a second hand car, I love dacia cars as this is the only car type of car that I have drove for years

Quality control is non-existent, stated range is a fabrication. Tyres, although legal are dangerously lacking in grip. Too many faults to list but main ones include:

Heater essentially non-functional

Infotainment random in operation and loses memory, occasional non-start up of screen at all

Massive amounts of condensation in car

3.4miles/kWh not acceptable

I am having a lot of problems with the car. It pops and fizzes, the screens go blank, there has even been occasion when it wouldn't go into gear. I It is booked in but I have taken it before when I first got it and no fault was detected. I don't have much faith in it and wish I hadn't bought it.

Customer service is awful, safety factor on the car is low and brakes do not work properly. Car's safety features arent great too. Also the car doesnt full charge to the amount you would like it to.

No any customer service. Very poor and untrustable electrical system. Battery is loosing charge. No suspension at all. Very dangerous, slippy tires.

Bought car from knew Been back to garage twice. Its been in garage longer then had the car.

Very basic. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

It's not ideal for myself ,the car is fab for small hour yes but not ideal for anything more
