it was great to drive but I had to return the car as it was never explained that it would take at least 20 mins to heat up during the cold weather and that the back of the car was only fit for children. I only had it a few days and the company would only take it back as a second hand car, I love dacia cars as this is the only car type of car that I have drove for years

Quality control is non-existent, stated range is a fabrication. Tyres, although legal are dangerously lacking in grip. Too many faults to list but main ones include:
Heater essentially non-functional
Infotainment random in operation and loses memory, occasional non-start up of screen at all
Massive amounts of condensation in car
3.4miles/kWh not acceptable

Car knocking loudly from purchase. Brand new 2025 vehicle. Parts required for the repair are on backorder. Dacia refused me an alternative vehicle whilst mine was awaiting repair. Part still on backorder now. After 10 years of driving brand new Renault and Dacia vehicles, this is certainly the last.

Customer service is awful, safety factor on the car is low and brakes do not work properly. Car's safety features arent great too. Also the car doesnt full charge to the amount you would like it to.

Electrical problems from day one still do not have rear windows wash can't contact service dapartment as they never answer. Wish I stuck with the Duster

No any customer service. Very poor and untrustable electrical system. Battery is loosing charge. No suspension at all. Very dangerous, slippy tires.
