When I booked courtesy car was not told about £24 charge. At dealer I objected but was ignored. Lectured like a child: no drinking, smoking, vaping, eating or animals. I was not allowed key until I walked round car. After this footwell had dirt and grit in it.
I have double barrelled name. So I was called by first half of surname. Then called by second half. Then alternating, if it is difficult to remember the paperwork was in their left hand. The £24 charge was more a priority than telling me work done.
No apologies for missing dead satnav software in PDI.
I have 3 1/2 years of this treatment to come.

Their is a constant rattling from the rear of the car whilst driving ..i have checked the boot and it is closed properly. The range of the car is not 140m, nor is it 120m..When I charge it fully it shows as 100m even though i drive extremely economically i am lucky to get 80 miles out of it. The multi media touch screen software is abysmal, sometimes the screen does not load even after driving fpr several minutes. It has stopped connecting to my phone via bluetooth ...really really terrible software. The ride is smooth , though very bouncy over speed bumbs even at low speed.

was told we could get to the Trafford centre and return from Morecambe on one charge.......not a chance! had 3 ladies stranded in Manchester so luckily a Knight in shining armour got us sorted and charged up but because the heater blower was on we still had to charge again on return journey so took the Spring back after three days and got our lovely Stepway back ....happy days we are getting a new LPG Stepway in September

Car knocking loudly from purchase. Brand new 2025 vehicle. Parts required for the repair are on backorder. Dacia refused me an alternative vehicle whilst mine was awaiting repair. Part still on backorder now. After 10 years of driving brand new Renault and Dacia vehicles, this is certainly the last.

The Dacia Spring Extreme shown in the showroom had a frunk which you could store your leads in. Disappointed when I went to store my leads only to find it didn’t have one. Also ended up having to pay £99 deposit twice then having to wait 6 months before I got reimbursed.

Listen to the customer and stop pushing excuses. Wanted to return the car but had excuse after excuse from the staff to keep it . Promise's after promises from staff that didn't listen . I'm now lumbered with a car that I don't want .

Wheel trim fell off within 12 days.
Tyre inflation pop up message comes up every time i get into the car even after checking tyres - every time they have been inflated to the correct PSI - No issues.
The car is super uncomfortable.

Car is to light you can hear everything from wind to people talking when sitting in the car. Car sounds like a tin can when closing doors. You can feel the car shifting even when driving 30mph car does not feel safe to drive

Brand new car stopped charging and had to get flat bedded away for 10 days to be investigated. Car is glitchy and things randomly stop working and sound like electric is arching in the vehicle when just opening the doors.

There is sometimes a loud static noise when opening or sitting in the car. Has been happening for several months. I have reported to Dacia team at local dealer but they have not come back to me. Disappointing.
