Sandero Stepway according to those who use it on a daily basis

Overall a positive experience. I enjoy how the vehicle drives, it’s a decent size and I appreciate how it looks. It’s also economical enough at 42mpg on average. But overall quality is lacking. The digital radio has never worked properly, bits of trim keep falling off, and the front electric windows have both completely stopped opening and closing. I have only done 1600 miles, I worry how my car will look after 12 months!

Lovely car to drive, I don't like the way the car tries to control my steering and puts braking on. It's good you can turn the settings off. Be good if there was better cup holders. Theres little things about the car but overall I do enjoy driving this car and I do feel safe in it. I love the style of it and the fact it has roof racks on that are easy to use. Brilliant on petrol and I would buy another one.

I liked the colour , not happy about the new addition it pulls you in if your near the hard shoulder , this experience hasn’t been the best , and wasn’t explained and came as a shock , also no manual , I was told it was online , not the same , was not treated as a valid customer, as this is my fifth car , and I recommended these cars to my family, I personally will not purchase any more .

Car drives great and does everything it should. However, on the downside, there are a few dashboard creaks which are extremely annoying. Even on average roads this manifests itself, particularly on the passenger side. This really is the only gripe have but it is frustrating! Trouble is, even if I go back to the dealer I might not be able to replicate it. So, suffering on, intermittently.

Whilst I like the vehicle I think DACIA have gone a little over the top with the technology I understand we are in the age of computors but when these features are built into a vehicle it would be nice to have a written handbook not everyone is completely computor literate and I don't carry my computor with me to see what all these features are and to check how to overcome them

This new car has a much more noisy engine than my previous stepway. The sat nav is not working properly. I don't like the black wheels and the white plastic logo. The old Dacia badge and silver wheels looked much nicer. The steering wheel keeps battling with me, when I'm perfectly positioned on the road. I wish I had kept my previous Dacia instead buying another new one

The Stepway continues to delight me almost every time I get into it, with odd details like how the rear windscreen wipers engage automatically with the front ones when you are reversing in the rain. Automatically folding wing mirrors are a feature that would make it even better still, as would a voice-operated phone feature that worked without using the phone's system.

What you get for your £.... it has good features, auto lights/wipers, lane control, the display screen & what you can call up is good. Had a 68 sandero from new until this stepway, that was a very good car, extra happy with the stepway & all the modern features it comes with. as for what you could do better, unsure, it is a very good buy for the money. am very happy.

Very smooth and comfortable ride and great grip on the road. I enjoyed the simplicity of the main controls and how easy it was to connect my phone. The wireless android auto is brilliant. The only complaint is that the passenger headlight has been filled with condensation since the first week I got it. And the car doesn't like damp weather.

Lovely to drive and easy access to the car systems via the touch screen.

The price of the car.

Possibly could improve the stereo by offering the DAB radio plus FM as some problems with reception in certain areas even on FM.

Overall very happy with my Sandero.
