Had the car less than 6 months and it broke down while away In Devon. Dacia Assistance were a complete waste of time. Could not get a courtesy car as informed you need to get one in advance and no courtesy car abailable. How do you get if you can't predict your car breaking down. Currently on day 4 if holiday. Still no car. At Vertu Dacia in Plymouth. I'm phoning to find out what is going lon. Vertu in Plymouth do not keep me informed. Will be escalating in a formal complaint as customer service and aftersales are an absolute joke.

Having come from a jeep grand cherokee, I find the seats uncomfortable, the wind noises at anything above 50 mph, and the gears have a mind of their own. Other than that, its OK. Great MPG and a few up to date gadgets for a relativly small amount of money.

The car is excellent value for money a very comfortable ride with plenty of space for all of the Family . The power train is just right with enough power for driving in and around town and on the motorways. The car looks bright as well and I’ve had plenty of comments from different people commenting on how nice the car looks overall. I’m extremely happy with the car, and if the car performs as well as what I think it’s going to do over the next four years I will definitely come back to Dacia to purchase another vehicle in the future i’m very happy with this vehicle.

The dacia bigster is nice and high off the ground you can go places where a normal car would not go.You could make the automatic gear box alot better its not that responsive it needs alot more response the gears dont change very quick you need to give it some welly to make the gears move up and it dosent like it when you are in a thirty mile limit because it starts jerking untill you go faster above thirty miles an hour

A good all round family car . Enjoyed by us all including our German Shepherd and working cocker spaniel who highly rate the boot space. Plenty of storage especially for long trips on holiday . The car performs as well if not better than any previously owned. Economic with an easy change gearbox culminating with a smooth drive . A modern up to date impressive shape and finish.

Love the driving experience, the all round visibility & the comfortable ride. Not tried it out on long distances yet, but a trip to Manchester should cover that in the next few weeks. Love the boot capacity, but would prefer it if the rear seats folded flatter to give a level floor. Despite the cargo floor issue, overall the Bigster ticks all the other boxes for me.

I have the Bister extreme. The feature of a touch button to shut the boot would be really useful on this model.

The big sun roof is used a lot more than i thought it would have been. You can close the screen to block out the sun. The seats get hot, some seat covers would have been good to protect them.

Just love driving her. So smooth and comfortable. Owned her for 3 months now and still learning things. So far so good and extremely fuel efficient. An excellent rugged SUV which is such great value. I am a very happy owner. Love it

The Bigster is a budget but perfect SUV! From room and comfort, to fuel efficiency (petrol-hybrid). Whilst its detractors moan about too much plastic, when they bought the Car, they knew they were buying a budget car! So why moan?

I love everything about the Bigster .

The only thing that could do with Improving is it is difficult to get the seat belt into the confined space between the seat and centre console and needs an extension
