Have a problem with the steering being off centre.Dealership has tried 3 times to fix to no avail.Now I am chasing them as they do not make contact with me.Don’t think I would buy or recommend a Dacia.I think I will have to reject the car.

The car is great; however, after going in person, multiple calls and emails to the dealership in Bristol, I still have not had a reply concerning the money owed to me for the part exchange. DO NOT use the Bristol dealership.

Car has done less than a 1000 miles and has broke down 3 times I am thinking of rejecting it and already spoke to consumer rights

Car is great. Dacia UK customer service is dire. Trying to get a hard copy was like pulling teeth! Initially staff denied it existed and sent me a photocopied version. Approx 240 pages of loose A4 pieces of paper stuffed in an envelope. Totally useless and a waste of paper. Eventually after weeks of me sending emails back and forth they eventually admitted there was a hard copy and finally sent me one. It shouldn’t have been so hard to get a hard copy of a hand book.
Not impressed with pricing structure as 4 days after I took delivery of my 2 tone car Dacia announce that they were no longer charging for 2 tone paint. So I paid £1300 for my blue car with black roof to find everyone else after 1st July was not having to pay for it and it was standard. Had I known this when I collected it I would have cancelled and walked away. I’ve already been informed that because it was ordered before the 1st July then it’s just tough. I know that when I ordered it was already known by Dacia that they were cancelling the 2 tone paint cost but of course I still had to pay for it.
Due to this I will not buy another Dacia or Renault car. My last 3 cars were all paid for in cash and part exchange vehicle - 1 was a Renault and my latest the Dacia Bigster. I will spend my cash on a brand that appreciates its customer as Renault / Dacia clearly don’t!

I like everything, especially the boot which opens via the key remotely making shopping easier. Its a shame that this option is an additional cost on the top model which comes with the panoramic sunroof. Normally each model has what the previous one has, but with other extras. You shouldn't have to pay for the auto boot on the top model. If I am honest that's why I went for the Journey and not the Extreme.

Nice to drive responsive good handling good all-round vision. Seat very nice even on a long journey 👍
Wind noise above sixty can be distracting around front wings and doors. Resting plate next to clutch pedal
To close not in ideal position for the manual vehicle.
A bit under powered when fully loaded in the 140bhp version.
All round very pleased with the Bigster big improvement on my Duster 👏

1. Its amazing road presence. On a par with a Range Rover, at a fraction of the price.
2. Un-rivalled boot space (I sometimes transport furniture).
3. Ground clearance (roads none too good where I live)
4. Economy, especially on a long trip where it returns 50mpg plus, and 420 mile range.
5. Internal features - comfort and information/sound system.

Excellent space for the money. Very clever powertrain and very good mpg. All the technology that one really needs. Seats could be more comfortable. Adaptive cruise, and collision avoidance systems prone to false alerts. Speed limit observance system often gets confused and doesn’t update.
