The Duster is a comfortable, relaxed and amazingly economical car, giving a great balance of fun to drive and easy going comfort. It would have been a 5 star if the number plates were anywhere near straight and the sun visor was wide enough to work across the whole screen.

What could you do better?? In 3 words *** PRODUCE A HANDBOOK ***. Having laid out a sum of just short of £30.000 it didn’t ever occur to me that you would expect me to go online if I wanted a reference for anything I might want to query. Disgusting and I feel cheated.

Loving this car (Duster 1.6 hybrid). It's well-built, practical, comfortable and economical even around town. My only niggle is that the front-facing driver safety features have gone AWOL (camera issue?) and the earliest I can get this checked out is two months away.

Design, comfort, economy, features, colour & price - including the finance offer. You have got it so right.

The only disappointment was waiting after the app telling me it was built on the 4th of February but it took to the 20th March to get it properly registered.

Generally a really nice vehicle. There are awkward blind spots on both sides of front windscreen. The windows could be larger (similar to my old model duster). Roof lining would be better in a lighter colour. It would be good to have had an option of a sun roof.

Love the car , good size, good power.

What could you do better? Sort the middle rear headrest blocks view in rear view mirror Iknow There are reversing cameras but just drivalong look in review mirror the head rest is in view even when it at its lowest position

Drives very well, comfortable, economical. I enjoy driving this car very much and think you've got it right for the price. So far I cannot fault it, it has more driver safety features than I'm used to but they make my driving experience with this car very good.

I don’t like that you have to have a phone connected to operate Sat Nav, especially as on a number of occasions the car won’t connect to the phone.

Also why does the radio station change when you turn the car off, it’s maddening!

Otherwise I love the Duster

Absolutely great car, you’ve done yourselves proud, my only gripe is it needs about 160bhp & it also takes ages to change gear. Just done 717miles round trip on only £58 of fuel, what more can you ask. Its comfy ease of controls plus fold in door mirrors 👍

Mitchells of Lowestoft are quite excellent for both sales and service. I am on the fourth car I have bought from them and they have serviced my vehicles for 10 years. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and I’ve known most of them for 10 years.
