Good car but I have issues which can not be sorted. I have been trying since July (which was the month I bought the car ) I have been in contact with customer service a few times and keep getting asked for pictures and videos of the issues and wait 3 days for a reply after sending everything and met with same email. I have issues with multimedia the my Dacia app. Radio keeps losing signal. The unit in the roof with the SOS button was lose upon delivery and still not sorted. Also I was told that the car would be in ev mode 80% of the time but it's not. The car is very quick upto 40 miles per hour but no punch after that.

Particularly like: Value for money; On and off road capabilities; Fuel consumption - I have a Duster mild petrol hybrid and on a trip from Dorset to Nottingham the car averaged 50+ miles to the gallon in Eco mode; the design of the 2025 models is very cool; it is very well put together compared to earlier Duster models. What could you do better: Provide more legroom for the driver - I am 6’ 5” and whilst my car is more comfortable than previous models I detect that slightly less legroom is available; Provide ability to switch off or change the door entry sound on all trim levels.

Nice drive, dashboard layout ok, would be handy to have a clock on the dash rather or as well as on the Multimedia screen.

The electronics are frustrating. It is annoying that you cannot permanently change the base volume on the sound system and that in MyPerso you have to re enter preferences every time you switch on the ignition rather than being able to permanently set them.

Finally, a paper manual would be much more user friendly than the online one, that way you could flip from one page to another and sit in the car whilst trying to learn how the gadgetry works!

I like that the latest model has moved with the times and has a lot of useful features, such as the onboard entertainment and SatNav system etc. Driving is quiet and comfortable and the car actually looks good too. I appreciate the ability to personalise the use of built in 'safety' features and even more the ability to turn them off easily at the press of a button. I am not a fan of lane control or anything that attempts to override the driver's control of the vehicle as in a lot of instances I find this dangerous and sometimes alarmong rather than helpful!

Really like the extra space in the new Duster. Still trying to get used to the handbrake, as it's a newer electric type of one. I've only had cars with the good old fashioned lever. The extra room where the lever usually is gives you more storage. Very resourceful.

Only issue I've had, so far, is a bit of the paint flaked off the roof when the wife was washing it. We only do a sponge wash, so it defiinitely wasn't the pressure washer or a brush that did it. Plus - it was in the centre of the roof and the wife can't quite reach there lol.

I love the car but a couple of minor niggles and a huge major one.

Even though I have smallish hands for a bloke the seat belt stalk is too short and wedged between the seat and console , I've had to fit extenders, the fabric/material under the foot pedals and in the boot needs to be easier to clean for mud and dog hair. And now the major gripe:- my fuel consumption is around 27-32 mpg, equivalent to my old Nissan Navara, this Duster NEEDS A DIESEL ENGINE! You make one-PLEASE sell it in the UK!!!!!!!!

All round nice car, little touches have improved it with folding wing mirrors and blind spot warning.

Disappointing that the auto hold on the automatic is a trechter to the right atbthenottomnof the dashboard. Should have an auto feature or at least be near the gear selector like most cars.

Biggest disappointment is the lowering of camera quality, it is awful and a huge downgrade. So disappointing if I’d seen it before purchase I wouldn’t have bought it.

Won’t buy another if it’s this bad again.

I like the high driving position and good solid feel of the vehicle, which I think is great value for money. It is very enjoyable to drive and the controls are all easily at hand. I am not quite so keen on the electronic hand brake, but I expect I will get used to it. I do find the armrest on the centre console does get in the way somewhat when you are putting on your seatbelt. What would be really useful is a USB socket above the rear view mirror to make fitting a dash cam easier.

This is my 4th Duster. Over the years the design has improved and quality of the interior/exterior too. Drives well, handles nicely. The small engine has enough power for the size of vehicle. The only downside I have found so far with the new model is the quality of the speakers for hands free calls - apparently sounds like I am under water to the person I am calling. Recently experienced for myself when taking a call from someone else in a slightly older Duster.

Who needs a Land Rover Discovery? The Duster is a great comfortable road car, with plenty of room for dogs, family and luggage. It's economical and a pleasure to drive. The new features like all-round cameras are very useful. In the snow, ice and heavy rain, the Duster is a very capable 4x4, handling steep slopes with ease and is exceptionally sure-footed. It drives across a ploughed field with ease. And so reasonably priced, it's a no-brainer.
