Mitchells of Lowestoft are quite excellent for both sales and service. I am on the fourth car I have bought from them and they have serviced my vehicles for 10 years. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and I’ve known most of them for 10 years.

Duster is far better than I expected. Smooth, powerful and comfortable. Tech level is good and intuitive. Overall build quality is very good and value for money is also good. Having owned a more expensive hybrid car previously, the Duster drives better.

Good car to drive, but a few annoying quirks! It’s easy to inadvertently press some of the buttons on the steering wheel, eg the speed control one, which can be irritating, especially when exiting onto a motorway and the speed has suddenly cut to 20mph!

It's my third duster so use to make.

Like the modern feel to the cabin.

Passenger seat belt a bit of a pain to buckle so have put an extension on.

Ive just found out I should have got the 3 in 1 clip as I got the extreme model but its not been supplied.

I have found it difficult without the ventilation controls lightening up. The dial that needs to be turned to control heat and ventilation could use a small light on the dial. The same problem with the ignition point. Otherwise very happy with the car!

I think if you made the mild hybrid with automatic gears as an option it would be better. I like the heated seats in the Extreme but would prefer cloth upholstery as in the warm weather it makes your back hot and sweaty. Overall I love the new shape.

Really love my Dacia Duster Extreme, it is so easy to drive for its size. I am used to driving a mini so was apprehensive at first, but I took to it no problem! You get all the gadgets and tech you could possibly want for such a reasonable price!

I'm generally happy with the vehicle. The after sales service regarding a corrosion complaint has been terrible. The Dacia call centre is ineffective because individuals don't take responsibility for cases, and refuse escalation for complainants.

MK3 duster full hybrid is a great improvement in ride, comfort and economy over the MK2 Duster and the Jogger 1 litre.

You should provide a paper copy of the handbook for everyone who wants it instead of having to have the electronic version.

It gives lots of functionality and a smooth safe ride for a reasonable price. It looks good too.

One thing though: My daughter couldn't own one because she's too short! When the boot door is open, she can't reach high enough to pull it down.
