The car its self can’t fault it great to drive good fuel economy and wee burst of pace when needed . The Apple car play however proper garbage says its wireless connect but it doesn’t so use my cable for about a week connected randomly to that so I’ve had to shell out £40 quid for a dongle to make it work so mega disappointed and that will take it up with dealer when it goes for first service

Like the overall look and driving experience. Would be better if the seatbelt hieght was adjustable as it is uncomfortable if not wearing a collared shirt. It is really annoying that the radio shuts down so quickly after switching the engine off. We often travel on ferries sitting in the car for around 1/2 an hour. The battery will not run down if the radio is in use for this length of time.

Can't find anything to complain about. My issue was dealt with quickly and I felt that I wasn't just being treated like a number, but a valued customer. I hope this continues moving forward. I can't remember the name of the lady who assisted me unfortunately but I will say l, she was brilliant. Really helpful. I could tell she was all about customer service. Thank you for your help

Keyless entry don’t like, went wrong, wouldn’t start, later reset itself. Worried about security with keyless entry, disabled it.

Not sure if metal is very thin, it got car doored very easily.

Phone holder is pointless, rattled when no phone on it so I don’t use it

Everything else I love, good mpg, good ground clearance. Love the look of it, plenty of power for a small engine.

Love this car! It’s nice to drive, good size, funky design that gets heads turning! It has all the gadgets I need, the seats are very comfortable and stylish and the interior matches the design outside so flows smoothly. The boot is enormous and I love the rubber mats, make cleaning so much easier. I can’t wait for the push button tailgate to arrive as that’s next on my list!

The engine randomly screams instead of changing gear from time to time. On poor road surfaces, it beeps and says keep control in spite of both hands bei g on the steering wheel. This happens regularly.

Occasionally it will unpair Bluetooth devices for no apparent reason.

Noisy in the cabin on motorways.

Not the best sound system. It's a shame as otherwise it's a great car.

In our last Duster we previously had all round cameras (great for parking assistance), blind spot indicators, heated seats. All of which we loved. When we decided to get a hybrid Duster we lost the above. Our phones no longer connect automatically. I have no idea how the intermittent sweep on the wipers work. We are delighted with the large increase in miles per gallon.

Very impressed with the Duster.

It is delivering excellent economy with very acceptable levels of comfort and is impressively spacious. Very quiet too which is welcome.

The warning chimes are a little irritating unless of course you appreciate loud organ recitals and they do tend to kick in far too soon which is off putting when negotiating tight parking spaces.

I'd heard such a lot of good things about the Duster, and reviews were great too.

I've gone for a hybrid, it's been over 40 years since I've driven a car with automatic transmission, but I'm getting there. I just love everything about her, colour. New car, new dealership, new beginnings.

The new Duster looks the part, quite distinct from previous models, and I have found it to be a joy to drive, although the electric parking brake took a little getting used to. Has proved to be quite economical on fuel, not doubt in part to the mild hybrid motor. plenty of room on the back seat for the rotweiller. Adequate boot room but yet to try a tip run.
