Has many faults which so far have not been rectified by dealer.Info screen is blank most of time so heating ,air conditioning fan speed etc cannot be controlled.Reversing camera and rear parking sensors don't work.Physical controls for radio do not work but can't use radio as informed screen is blank most of time as already mentioned.Speed limit sensor inoperable.Tyre pressure warning light is on but cannot be reset as must be done on screen which doesn't work!!!!!!Had three Dacias before this one which will probably be my last

It’s not performing as it should. My husband and I are somewhat disappointed with its performance on steep roads that we have to use living in a Valley.

We were assured by the sales team it would perform well and better than our trade in 3 year old Dacia Duster Prestige automatic, well up to now it has not performed better and we now try to avoid the steepest roads which has made our run out to regular spots now takes longer to reach.

The car is the Dacia Journey, 1.6 Automatic Hybrid.

Having previously owned a 2019 model Dacia Duster . I expected an all round improvement in the interior trim in the all new 25 models. In my opinion the interior is much worse. The seating upholstery is nice but the rest is too plastic and marks easily, especially the interior door panels on exit and entry. The all around visibility is poor. Given the choice I much preferred the previous 2019 model than the all-new. Maybe it will grow on me🤔😕

I'd only had the car for around 6 weeks when I noticed the fault and I told you and the dealership I wasn't happy with the car. It got to the point where my car spent more time sitting on the forecourt of the dealership than it did on my drive.

Can you improve things I certainly hope so.

Unfortunately you can't in my case, I've lost faith in Dacia and certainly wouldn't buy or recommend you to my family and friends.

The engine operation of the new Hybrid is awful. It roars away whilst driving in warm weather even as slow at 25 mph for most of my in-town journeys. The noise level is uncomfortable, disturbing, hard to think over. I hate it and very much regret buying it. I tried to give it back after a couple of weeks but was not allowed to - the buy back offer would have lost me over £5000 after only 10 days.

The actual car is 5 star, the customer relations dealing with the car is poor. Having paid for the car in full and given the keys there was an issue with the paint work, the sales department left me hanging with a lot of leg work and pushing for repairs to be made, 7 weeks in total and not a single call from Renault/Dacia with regard the issue. Car bought at Lincoln showroom

Taken care of back to garage tomorrow.

They state i am not driving the car properly.

Engine making heavy revving noise when at a higher speed. Feels really uncomfortable when this happens. Warning light comes on check lighting. Fatigue light comes on sometimes and light on side mirror when nothing there. Really disappointed with new car.

Asked for a manual as there are lots of buttons etc and very hard to learn what they all do without instructions. I have been waiting months for this promised manual but still no sign of it. No communication from Holdens in Norwich to tell me what the delay is. Completely fed up and beginning to wish I hadn’t chosen a Dacia.

needs a software update as nothing working on the touchscreen and garage couldn't do it because they hadn't got the correct hardware to connect to vehicle. I am driving round with no heating/cooling, no sensors, cameras or speed recognition. Doesn't connect to My phone so no hands free

Very disappointed

After having my last Duster for nearly 6 years I was really looking forward to getting the new model... already been in once for work on the drivers door & the problem still isn't fixed.

Also find the safety features far too sensitive & intrusive, more likely to cause an accident than help.
