Dacia Sandero according to those who use it on a daily basis

Very pleased with the car and the excellent service from Bachelors of Otley, BUT, Why is there no 'Manual' wth the car, even an instruction book for the Sat.Nav would be useful. I would NOT buy another Dacia without an instruction booklet and details of how to use the sat. nav. The lack of service book etc. has spoilt my use of the car and had it not been for the service from the garage I would have exchanged it immediately and told everybody I know NOT TO BUY Dacia. It is a shame that I feel so strongly about Dacia service because it is quite a good value car and seems very good. You cannot be bothered to answer letters to help etc. so I do not have the confidence in the vehicle and on that basis I would hesitate to recommend Dacia to anybody

Excellent car with a very high specification for the cost. Highly recommend the Sandero to anyone looking to upgrade their current vehicle

Everything was explained through the whole process and easy to follow.

Great car . Excellent service and professional experience

Been driving for over 50 years, and this is by far the worst car I've ever had. The so called safety features are so dangerous that I have a letter lodged with my solicitor in the event of my having an accident. Coupled with very vague steering, means I've had no enjoyment whatsoever driving the car. It's been in and out of the garage several times, and each time returned to me with the message that everything is fine. Eventually one of the technicians showed me how to switch off the safety features, but has to be done every time on start up. No service manual, badly fitting panels, absolutely minimum of paint, tech that doesn't work - the list is endless!

1 star was generous - really need negative stars. Do not buy!!

Car Broken after 3 months

Had the dacia 3 months , endless faults and attitude from service department of local dealership. Car has lost power on the motorway causing near crashes , centre unit crashes , pedal alighnment out , had rac out and it got recovered in to dealership awaiting outcome after consent back and forth between companies.

I only had my brand new dacia for just over 2 months before amber warning signs appeared flashing check fuel injection, check parking assist and check abs.

Months after purchase still no Owner Manual?

I have to find out how switches etc work, by trial and error.

Not a good method, not a safe one.

The whole experience was made very easy despite some hiccups of my own making. The car itself is amazing for the price, a very easy drive, comfortable and so far nicely fuel efficient. The addition of the safety features is great.
