ADDRESS PROBLEMS / ISSUES / CONCERNS WITH DACIA CARS - IN PARTICULAR BRAND NEW CARS - AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I BELIEVE ANY AUTO ISSUES SHOULD BE ADDRESSED BY THE RELEVANT DEALERSHIP WITHIN DAYS, NOT WEEKS !!! FOR EXAMPLE, MY BRAND NEW CAR (ONLY 2 WEEKS OLD) , HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE MULTIMEDIA DASHBOARD UNIT, AND I WAS ASKED TO WAIT JUST OVER 6 WEEKS FOR THE DEALERSHIP TO HAVE A LOOK AT IT. THIS, IN MY MIND WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

I DREAD TO THINK WHAT MAY HAVE HAPPENED IF THE ISSUE RAISED HAD BEEN A MECHANICAL ONE !!?????

From the day I've had this new car I've had so many issues with the media system, millage recognition, buttons not working etc. I've been continually waiting and chasing dealerships since I've had the car to get a resolution and it's still ongoing. I have had to chase myself for updates. It's ruined the new car experience.

Not happy about having to call out RAC and being told that the battery was dud and having to be replaced. This I find very unsatisfactory on a car which is only four months old. When I contacted dealer to inform them of the problem was told I would get a call back, this was over a week ago and still no contact.

The radio keeps going off

The sensors go off for no reason

Wish we had kept our Duster

We have a sandero in Spain the basic one ; it seems far Superior to this

Have had dacia now since 2007 very disappointed

reported to dacia Aberdeen but no reply not interested now they have their commission

Creaking from suspension on a 3 month old sandero. The dealers told me following an inspection.. 'oh yeah the sandero does that, the jogger too' then shrugged her shoulders and told me they were not going to do anything more.
