I like the drive and the car only few problems handbrake when stopping does not always automatically come on need to watch it and problem.when on Hill or slop you can't get bite to go forward . I did go into garage to get checked there was definitely no bite to get it to go to drive just goes back and back and I am experienced driver. It is better since taking it in but feel let down that they would not admit there was problem !

Good price, Easy to drive, comfortable. Had 2 Stepways both have had problems. One 3 years old needed new clutch and flywheel. Second one had to be returned because it would not go into reverse if parked on a slope…. Despite other reports of this on Dacia forum neither garage or Dacia would acknowledge this was a problem. Even the mechanic at the garage could not get it to engage!

Would never buy another.

This is the second Stepway we have owned (the first one had untold electrical issues) and this one suffers problems with the throttle system leading to intermittent coughing and jerky response. The media system suffers interesting crashes if carplay devices are connected at the wrong moment. The overall build is fair, the price point was okay but it's definitely not a vehicle we'd rush to purchase again.

I like the engine it is very responsive, but the acceleration isn’t very smooth when it is cold. I do not like the lane assist and I think it is dangerous, it would be better if there was an easy option to switch it off without having to go into the settings every time. Other than this the car is exactly what I expected it to be for the price and now I have driven it for a while it is pleasant to drive.

Radio stations can't tune them in even update. NO GLOVE BOX LIGHT!! No illumination to highlight automatic gearbox (drive, park, neutral, ) hard to get used to in darkness, aftercare service all DEPENDS ON IF THERE IS A COURTESY CAR, which doesn't suit my work pattern.

Funniest and cheapest complementary gift was of a hotel condiments, seriously ha ha ha ha

The car is good.

The worst thing is the Stoneacre dealership, Doncaster. I purchased the vehicle, brand new, on the 13th March 2025. It came with 1 key and the salesman told me the 2nd would be along in "a couple of weeks". Despite chasing and raising a formal complaint, still no key and no contact. Very poor experience after purchasing a new vehicle.

I chose the car on price and style. I have enjoyed my first year of motoring in my Sandero as the car drives well and is very comfortable. I bought the base model as I am not a fan of all the latest gadgets. What can Dacia do better? As a first time customer of the brand, just keep on producing the quality at affordable prices.

I looked forward to getting another new Sandero which I did love until a problem developed within two months.

Having to wait three weeks to get replacement parts has taken all the excitement out of owning my new car.

The dealership I bought it from were very helpful and apologised for the long wait for the replacement parts.

Dropped a star as it doesn’t come with a satnav and the wing mirrors are not electric. Having to open and close them manually l have forgotten once and clipped them on the side of the garage door, taking paint off the car.

Sandero is a good size for my needs. Fuel consumption is good. It is easy to drive.

I like the new design of the Dacia logo on the back and the less obvious model internet the registration plate.

There could be a bit more leg room in the back.

Rubber mats could be added as a permanent fixture.
