The actual car is 5 star, the customer relations dealing with the car is poor. Having paid for the car in full and given the keys there was an issue with the paint work, the sales department left me hanging with a lot of leg work and pushing for repairs to be made, 7 weeks in total and not a single call from Renault/Dacia with regard the issue. Car bought at Lincoln showroom

Dacia app showing order of our car is being prepared for delivery. We’ve had it 6 months why is the app not updated. Makes me think this is all marketing bull. Will not rate our car under these circumstances

Returned my Duster in under two months. Incorrect spec on arrival, terrible quality control, damaged interior and rattly interior.
On the plus side the car looks great, fuel economy was decent.

Sat Nav difficult to understand. Very poor economy even on long run. Keep having to adjust seat height by pumping it up at the side on every trip. Other glitches that are frustrating.
