Eligibility & Entry:
1. The Challenge Cup 2019 final double header tickets (the “Prize Draw”) are only available to UK (excluding Northern Ireland) residents who are over the age of 18. The Prize Draw excludes employees of Renault UK Ltd and their relatives, their agents and its dealer network, and anyone professionally connected. Proof of age and eligibility may be required. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions when entering the Prize Draw.
2. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person per household.
3. The Prize Draw will run from 11.00 AM (GMT) on 13/08/2019 (the “Opening Date”) to 11.59 pm (GMT) on 15/08/2019 (the “Closing Date”). To enter this Prize Draw entrants must tag a friend on either Instagram, Facebook or Twitter on the Promoter’s Challenge Cup post who they want to go to the Challenge Cup final with. Any entries received after this date will be rejected.
4. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
Prize
5. There will be one winner from all entries received (the “Winner”).
6. The prize is supplied by the Promoter. Subject to Clause 8, the Prize is one (1) pair of standard entry tickets to the Challenge Cup 2019 final on 24th August 2019 between St Helens and Warrington Wolves at Wembley Stadium at 15:00 (the “Prize”).
7. The Prize cannot be shared or used by individuals outside of the Winner’s immediate family.
8. The Prize does not include fuel, travel, travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize is the responsibility of the Winner.
9. The Prize cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for a cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the details of the Prize Draw in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Winner
11. There will be one Winner who will be randomly selected from all complete and eligible entries received by the Closing Date by an independent third-party adjudicator within 24 hours of the Prize Draw closing.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Winner will be notified within 48 hours of the Prize Draw Closing Date via the details provided at the time of entry. If no reply is received within 7 days, or if the Winner is unable to use the Prize, a new winner will be chosen at random. No further compensation will be provided to the previous Winner.
General
14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Prize Draw.
15. The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and by entering the Prize Draw you release Facebook, Instagram and Twitter from any action or claim arising out of the Prize Draw.
16. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, the Promoter, its associated companies and its agents exclude responsibility and all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law, including in respect of (without limitation):
1.1. any postponement or cancellation of the Prize Draw;
1.2. any changes to, supply of or use of the Prize; and
1.3. any act or default of any third party supplier which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
17. The Promoter and/or its agents does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure, regardless of cause, including, for example, equipment failure, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind (including any messages which reach spam or junk mail), the entrants Instagram, Facebook or Twitter privacy settings; which may restrict, delay or prevent the sending, receipt of your entry or receipt of your acceptance of the Prize.
18. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsmanlike-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the Prize Draw or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.
19. Each Winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst enjoying the Prize. The Promoter (and anyone acting on its behalf) reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a Winner and/or guest from participation in the Prize if a Winner and/or their guest fail to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or a Winner and/or guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.
20. The Promoter will use details provided by entrants for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw.
21. Unless instructed otherwise by the Winner, the Promoter will send the name and county of the winner to anyone who writes within one month after the Closing Date of the Prize Draw. To request the name and county of the winner, please send a stamped addressed envelope to: Renault UK Limited trading as Dacia UK.
