After 3 months from delivery which was s…After 3 months from delivery which was subject to the rear springs issue my local dealership has been excellent throughout the process. The Bigster has been a joy to drive and own and get 63mpg just driving normally which is outstanding for size of vehicle. The only negative issue is at low speed driving and in particular when it has be hot the car often 'jerks' and 'stutters' for some reason. Pressing the accelerator clears this probably a software issue for for the gearbox is needed? I will mention this to dealership when I'm there next Otherwise I wholely recommend the Bigster as it ticks all boxes for me for value, space, tech and economy. JAMES

It's comprortsble, narrow enough to get through tiny roads in Naples, Greece and elsewhere, but big enough to hold everything we need Only real moan is the Share Dacia thing which doesn't allow us to stay online with our dongle, and the built-in satnav they doesn't seem to understand many no entry roads or one way streets NICHOLAS

A lot of car for a very reasonable price.I like the styling of the Bigster. The seating is comfortable, visibility is good, the dashboard layout is clear and easy to read. The safety features are excellent many of which can be found on more expensive cars. In fact I think you get a lot of car for a very reasonable price.TREVOR
Had the car less than 6 months and it br…Had the car less than 6 months and it broke down while away In Devon. Dacia Assistance were a complete waste of time. Could not get a courtesy car as informed you need to get one in advance and no courtesy car abailable. How do you get if you can't predict your car breaking down. Currently on day 4 if holiday. Still no car. At Vertu Dacia in Plymouth. I'm phoning to find out what is going lon. Vertu in Plymouth do not keep me informed. Will be escalating in a formal complaint as customer service and aftersales are an absolute joke.GRANT
