We recommend that you contact your finance provider and explain the situation to them. They will then explain your options. In most cases, they should be able to temporarily extend your finance contract. Your Dacia Retailer is also available to advise you on your options.

Your Dacia retailer will work with you to ensure any impacts of part exchange values are minimised. However, in cases where mileage is significantly higher or the condition of the vehicle deteriorates significantly since it was appraised, then a reappraisal may be necessary.

If you have an electric powered vehicle, there are specific obligations for producers/importers of such vehicles that are intended to help you deal with the batteries that power these vehicles when they become waste. Businesses that place electric vehicle batteries onto the UK market have an obligation to arrange for the treatment and recycling of these batteries.

You can return your Lead-acid starter battery to any Dacia dealer when a new one is purchased or installed, or you can recycle it at one of the following:

•Local authority battery collection schemes
•Licensed End of Life vehicle authorised treatment facilities
•Licensed metal recycling sites
