The maintenance programme for vehicles registered in 2019 is:
1st Year (12,000 miles) then every 2 years1: Cabin filter replacement
Every 2 years1 (or 24,000 miles): oil change and oil filter replacement

Terms & Conditions
The Dacia Service Plan is available on eligible retail vehicles. The pack will expire when the vehicle reaches the age from registration or mileage limit whichever comes first as specified in the plan. Services must be carried out in line with the manufacturer’s minimum maintenance programme requirements and servicing intervals within +/- 1 month or 1,000 miles at a Dacia Approved outlet. Servicing does not include wear and tear parts including but not limited to brakes, tyres and wiper blades. To qualify you must order and purchase the Dacia from a Dacia Approved outlet or Dacia.co.uk before the first service or within 12 months from vehicle registration (whichever comes first).
The Dacia Service Plan is available on vehicles ordered between 18 December 2019 and 31 March 2020 and registered by 30 June 2020. All prices quoted are MRRP. Dacia Service Plans cannot be part exchanged, refunded or transferred.
Geographic Coverage: The Service Pack applies to any vehicle sold new in the United Kingdom as long as it remains registered in one of the following European countries:
UNITED KINGDOM - ANDORRA - AUSTRIA - BELGIUM - CROATIA - CZECH REPUBLIC - DENMARK - FINLAND - FRANCE - GERMANY - GREECE - HUNGARY - ITALY - LICHTENSTEIN - LUXEMBOURG - MONACO - NORWAY - NETHERLANDS - POLAND - PORTUGAL - SAN MARINO - SLOVAKIA - SLOVENIA -SPAIN - SWEDEN - SWITZERLAND - BOSNIA HERZEGOVINA - CYPRUS - ESTONIA - IRELAND - ICELAND - LATVIA - LITHUANIA - MACEDONIA - MALTA - SERBIA - MONTENEGRO.
Dacia Service Plan payment process (as applicable): The cost of the operations is always covered by the country where the work is carried out except for the following countries:
BOSNIA HERZEGOVINA - CYPRUS - ESTONIA - IRELAND - ICELAND - LATVIA - LITHUANIA - MACEDONIA - MALTA - SERBIA MONTENEGRO.
In these countries, the cost will be handled by the country who sold the Dacia Service Plan. Consequently, the customer will have to pay for the operations eligible under the Dacia Service Plan and contact Renault UK Customer Management team to arrange reimbursement.
The Dacia Service Plan is not transferable to another vehicle but should the vehicle be sold whilst the Dacia Service Plan is still active, the remaining cover transfers to the new owner.

**The Dacia Service Loyalty Plan ends when the vehicle reaches the age from registration or mileage limit whichever comes first as specified in the plan.
Services must be carried out in line with the manufacturer’s minimum maintenance programme requirements and servicing intervals The services must be consumed within +/- 1 month or 1,000 miles of the service interval and can only be carried out at a Dacia Approved outlet. The Dacia Service Loyalty Plan is not transferable to another vehicle but should the vehicle be sold whilst the Service Loyalty Plan is still active, the remaining cover transfers to the new owner.
^The monthly installments option is available at point of signing an agreement for Dacia all models purchased under HP and PCP finance agreement provided by RCI Financial Services Ltd, Rivers Office Park, Denham Way, Rickmansworth, WD3 9YS. Guarantees and indemnities may be required. You must be at least 18 and a UK resident (excludes Isle of Man and Channel Islands) to apply. Subject to status, terms and conditions apply. The Service Pack terms must equal the finance agreement grid.
