Signed GB Lions and England Shirt Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
Eligibility & Entry:
1. The 2 signed GB Lions and 2 signed England shirts (the “Prize Draw”) are only available to UK (excluding Northern Ireland) residents who are over the age of 18. The Prize Draw excludes employees of Renault UK Ltd, FUSE, the RFL and their relatives, their agents and its dealer network, and anyone professionally connected. Proof of age and eligibility may be required. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions when entering the Prize Draw.
2. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person per household.
3. The Prize Draw will run from 11:30 AM (GMT) on 28/11/2019 (the “Opening Date”) to 11:30 AM (GMT) on 29/11/2019 (the “Closing Date”). To enter this Prize Draw entrants must retweet the Promoter’s GB Lions and England Shirt Prize Draw post on Twitter by the “Closing Date.” Any entries received after this date will be rejected.
4. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
Prize
5. There will be four winners from all entries received (the “Winners”).
6. The prize is supplied by the Promoter. Subject to Clause 8, the Prize is one (1) GB Lions or England Shirt signed by its respective team (the “Prize”).
7. The Prize cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for a cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the details of the Prize Draw in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Winner
9. There will be four Winners who will be randomly selected from all complete and eligible entries received by the Closing Date by an independent third-party adjudicator within 48 hours of the Prize Draw closing.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Winners will be notified within 48 hours of the Prize Draw Closing Date via a direct message to the Twitter account used to enter the Prize Draw. If no reply is received within 5 days of the Promoter contacting the Winner, a new winner will be chosen at random. No further compensation will be provided to the previous Winner.
12. The Prize will be posted to the postal address supplied by the Winner at the time of accepting the Prize. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any undelivered or delayed post (containing the Prize) resulting from the Winner providing an incorrect address or for any other reason outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control.
General
13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Prize Draw.
14. The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter and by entering the Prize Draw you release Twitter from any action or claim arising out of the Prize Draw.
15. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, the Promoter, its associated companies and its agents exclude responsibility and all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law, including in respect of (without limitation):
1.1. any postponement or cancellation of the Prize Draw;
1.2. any changes to, supply of or use of the Prize; and
1.3. any act or default of any third party supplier which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
16. The Promoter and/or its agents does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure, regardless of cause, including, for example, equipment failure, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind (including any messages which reach spam or junk mail), the entrant’s Twitter privacy settings; which may restrict, delay or prevent the sending, receipt of your entry or receipt of your acceptance of the Prize.
17. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsmanlike-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the Prize Draw or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.
18. Each Winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst enjoying the Prize. The Promoter (and anyone acting on its behalf) reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a Winner and/or guest from participation in the Prize if a Winner and/or their guest fail to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or a Winner and/or guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.
19. The Promoter will use details provided by entrants for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw.
20. The Promoter will send the name and county of the winners to anyone who writes within one month after the Closing Date of the Prize Draw requesting such information. To request the name and county of the winners, please send a stamped addressed envelope to: Dacia UK Limited trading as Dacia UK.
