Eligibility & Entry:
1. The Dacia Duster Weekend Away (the “Prize Draw”) is only open to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) who are over the age of 18. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
2. The Promotion excludes employees of the Promoter their relatives, agents, dealer network, and anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
3. Entrants must have a full UK driving licence to be eligible. Entrants with 6 points or more on their licence or any previous driving convictions will not be eligible. Proof of age and eligibility may be required.
4. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person per household.
5. The Prize Draw will run from 10.00 AM (GMT) on 06/09/2019 (the “Opening Date”) to 11.59 pm (GMT) on 10/09/2019 (the “Closing Date”).
How to enter
6. To enter this Prize Draw entrants must follow the @dacia_uk Instagram page, and tag a friend who they would like to go glamping with on its @TheTravelHack prize draw post. All entries to be received by the Closing Date. Any entries received after this date will be rejected.
7. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
Prize
8. There will be one winner from all entries (the “Winner”).
9. The prize is supplied by the Promoter. Subject to Clause 16, the prize consists of the following (altogether the “Prize”:
a. A £290 voucher for a 2 night stay Amber’s Bell Tents;
b. Gas stove hire at the Amber’s Bell Tents during the 2 night stay; and
c. Duster Prestige Sce 115 4x2 (the “Vehicle”) on loan for the three days (subject to stock availability, Renault reserves the right to change the vehicle type at its sole discretion). The Winner will not own the Vehicle.
10. All elements of the Prize must be taken at the same time. The Hotel Voucher must be used within 12 months of the Winner communicating their acceptance of the Prize to the Promoter, at which point it will expire. The date of stay and/or chosen location for the Hotel Voucher and gas stove hire is subject to availability at Amber’s Bell Tents (above).
11. The Prize cannot be shared or used by individuals outside of the Winner’s immediate family.
12. The Prize will be subject to the terms of conditions of any third-party provider.
13. The Winner will have third party insurance while loaning the Vehicle and will be responsible for any damage or costs that are not covered by the third-party insurance.
14. The Vehicle prize element is subject to the Winner’s acceptance of the Promoter’s vehicle loan agreement, which will be shared with the Winner prior to the vehicle handover. In the event that the Winner refuses to accept the vehicle loan agreement terms, it will not be able to receive the Vehicle aspect of the Prize, and no further compensation will be provided to the Winner.
15. The Vehicle will be delivered to the Winner’s home address a day prior to the Hotel Voucher booking date. The Vehicle must be available for collection by the Promoter or its agents at the Winner’s address three days after the Vehicle is delivered to the Winner. The Winner is responsible for arranging suitable car seats for any passengers. The Winner must notify the Promoter by email to charlie.roper@renault.co.uk 30 days prior to their chosen hotel stay dates, to enable the Promoter to arrange for the Vehicle delivery and payment of a parking space at the hotel. In the event the Promoter is not notified 30 days prior to the Winners chosen hotel stay dates, delivery of the Vehicle and availability of parking spaces may be not be guaranteed.
16. The prize does not include fuel, travel, travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winners.
17. The Prize cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for a cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the details of the Promotion in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Winner
19. There will be one Winner who will be randomly selected from all complete and eligible entries received by the Closing Date by an independent third party adjudicator within 24 hours of the promotion closing.
20. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. The Winner will be notified within 48 hours of the Promotion Closing Date via the details provided at the time of entry. If no reply is received within 7 days, or if the winners are unable to use the Prize a new winner will be chosen at random. No further compensation will be provided to the previous Winner.
General
22. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion.
23. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and Instagram and by entering the Promotion you release Facebook and Instagram from any action or claim arising out of the Promotion
24. The Promoter will use details provided by entrants for the purpose of administering the Promotion.
25. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, the Promoter, its associated companies and its agents exclude responsibility and all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law, including in respect of (without limitation):
25.1 any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion;
25.2 any changes to, supply of or use of the Prize; and
25.3 any act or default of any third-party supplier which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
26. The Promoter and/or its agents does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure, regardless of cause, including, for example, equipment failure, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind (including any messages which reach spam or junk mail), the entrants Instagram privacy settings; which may restrict, delay or prevent the sending, receipt of your entry or receipt of your acceptance of the Prize. Entries may not be sent via agents or third parties. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted.
27. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsmanlike-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the promotion or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.
28. Unless instructed otherwise by the Winners, the Promoter will send the name and county of the winner to anyone who writes within one month after the Closing Date of the Prize Draw. To request the name and county of the winner, please send a stamped addressed envelope to Renault UK Limited trading as Dacia UK The Rivers Office Park, Denham Way, Maple Cross, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire WD3 9YS.
