The Service plan offer is available for vehicles ordered between ordered between 1st October and 31st December and registered by 31st January 2018. The Service plan covers the manufacturer’s minimum maintenance programme requirements for the term of the plan purchased (refer to the Warranty and Service sheet in the Handover Document wallet for details). The plan ends when you reach the age or mileage limit (whichever comes first). Services must be carried out in line with the manufacturer’s minimum maintenance programme requirements and servicing intervals within +/- 1 month or 1,000 miles of the service interval and can only be carried out at a Dacia Approved outlet. Service plans do not cover wear and tear items such as (but not limited to) tyres, wiper blades or brakes. To qualify you must order and purchase the Service plan from a Dacia Approved outlet before the first service or within the first 12 months (whichever comes first). Cannot be part exchanged, refunded or transferred. All prices quoted are MRRP.
*The monthly instalments option is available at point of signing agreement for Dacia all models purchased under HP and PCP finance agreement provided by RCI Financial Services Ltd, Rivers Office Park, Denham Way, Rickmansworth, WD3 9YS. Guarantees and indemnities may be required. You must be at least 18 and a UK resident (excludes Isle of Man and Channel Islands) to apply. Subject to status, terms and conditions apply. The service plan terms must equal the finance agreement grid.
Geographic Coverage: The Service plan applies to any vehicle sold new in the United Kingdom as long as it remains registered in one of the following European countries:
UNITED KINGDOM - ANDORRA - AUSTRIA - BELGIUM - CROATIA - CZECH REPUBLIC - DENMARK - FINLAND - FRANCE - GERMANY - GREECE - HUNGARY - ITALY - LICHTENSTEIN - LUXEMBOURG - MONACO - NORWAY - NETHERLANDS - POLAND - PORTUGAL - SAN MARINO - SLOVAKIA - SLOVENIA -SPAIN - SWEDEN - SWITZERLAND - BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA - CYPRUS - ESTONIA - IRELAND - ICELAND - LATVIA - LITHUANIA - MACEDONIA - MALTA - SERBIA - MONTENEGRO.
Service plan payment process: The cost of the operations is always covered by the country where the work is carried out except for the following countries: BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA - CYPRUS - ESTONIA - IRELAND - ICELAND - LATVIA - LITHUANIA - MACEDONIA - MALTA - SERBIA-MONTENEGRO. In these countries, the cost will be handled by the country who sold the Service plan. Consequently, the customer will have to pay for the operations eligible under the service plan and contact Dacia UK Customer Management team to arrange reimbursement.
TRANSFERABILITY: The service plan is not transferable to another vehicle but should the vehicle be sold whilst the service plan is still active, the remaining cover transfers to the new owner.
CANCELLATIONS: You have 14 days from the date you purchased your cover to cancel it. If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel, please email email@example.com

**The Dacia Service Loyalty Pack ends when you reach the expiry date of the Pack or number of services which are permitted to be consumed (whichever comes first). Services must be carried out in line with the manufacturer’s minimum maintenance programme requirements and servicing intervals with the exception of the 2+ Services Pack which includes additional parts and operations limited to a diesel filter or spark plugs, brake fluid change and an air filter. The services must be consumed within +/- 1 month or 1,000 miles of the service interval and can only be carried out at a Dacia Approved outlet. Loyalty Packs cannot be part exchanged, refunded or transferred.
