The capacity of the battery on Dacia Bigster depends on the chosen powertrain, as the model uses two types of electric system: a high-voltage 280 V full hybrid system and a mild hybrid 48 V system. These batteries have different functions and energy capacities.

hybrid 155 (full hybrid - HEV)

The hybrid 155 powertrain uses a lithium-ion traction battery operating at 280 V, with a claimed capacity of 1.4 kWh. It is used to power the electric motor during the electric drive and assistance phases.

mild hybrid 140 (mild hybrid - MHEV)

This motor is powered by a 48 V lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 0.84 kWh. This battery is dedicated to the mild hybrid system: it supports the combustion engine during starting and acceleration. It cannot be used in all-electric mode.
