What are the different powertrain options on Dacia Bigster?
Dacia Bigster is available with a range of powertrains, all suitable for mixed use including urban, suburban and road travel. The range includes full hybrid self-charging (HEV) and mild hybrid (MHEV).
The hybrid 155 powertrain is based on a full hybrid 280 V system. It combines a 1,789 cm³, 116 kW (155 hp) internal combustion engine with an electric system, with maximum torque of 172 Nm for the internal combustion engine and 205 Nm for the electric motor. This powertrain is available with a 4×2 transmission and reaches a top speed of 112 mph, with a 0-62 mph announced at 9.7 s.
The mild hybrid 140 version use a 103 kW (140 hp), 230 Nm petrol or petrol/LPG engine, combined with a 48 V mild hybrid system. They are available in 4×2 and feature a 0.84 kWh lithium-ion battery.
