Your Brakes

Not to be overdramatic, but your life can depend on your brakes. So it's wise to keep them working perfectly at all times for you and your family's safety.

Dacia - Braking After-Sales Service

Advice & tips

The first signs of trouble with your brakes are:
  • a longer stopping distance
  • vibration under your feet when braking
  • the brake pedal not responding quickly

Have your brakes checked every 2 years or every 12,000 miles, and have your brake fluid changed every 4 years / 75,000 miles. Lastly, get your brake pads cleaned every 37,000 miles.

It might sound obvious, but the best way to keep your braking system in good condition is to drive sensibly, and not change speeds too quickly where possible.
