TERMS & CONDITIONS
www.dacia.co.uk/new-stock.html (the "Site") is a website provided by Renault S.A and Renault UK Limited trading as Dacia (“Dacia”). The Site offers customers ("Customers", “You”, “you”, “Your, “your”) the possibility to make an online reservation ("Reservation"), check your likelihood of being accepted for finance (“Finance Eligibility Check”) make a provisional application for finance (“Finance Application”) and sign your contract for finance for a new Dacia vehicle from a Dacia Retailer or Dacia stock (“Vehicle(s)”). The Vehicle can be collected at an approved participating Dacia retailer in the UK (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man) ("Dacia Retailer"). These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) describe the rights and responsibilities of you and your chosen Dacia Retailer in relation to your Reservation made through the Site. Please read them carefully.
You can search our range of Vehicles available at our Dacia Retailers or build a Vehicle using our online configurator. Once you have selected or built a Vehicle you can then progress through the following four stages:
- reserve available Vehicles by making a reservation payment for the reservation amount displayed on the site (“Reservation Amount”); Vehicles reserved from our Dacia Retailers’ stock will be reserved for up to 72 hours.
- undertake a Finance Eligibility Check;
- make a Finance Application via the financial subscription tool; and
- complete and sign your contract for your finance agreement.
Before you can reserve a Vehicle, you will need to sign up for a My Dacia account on the dacia.co.uk website or the MyDacia app. Your use of My Dacia will be subject to the MyDacia terms and conditions. You can reserve a Vehicle by paying a Reservation Amount. You will be asked to enter your personal details including name, email address, telephone number and payment card details. The Reservation Amount will be debited from your payment card immediately, when you click “submit payment”.
Only eligible Vehicles will be shown on the Site. In the event a Vehicle from our Dacia Retailers stock is not available for Reservation, a message will appear to inform you that the Vehicle cannot be Reserved at the point you click on the “reserve now” button.
Payment of the Reservation Amount for either a Vehicle from Dacia Retailer stock or a Vehicle built via our online configurator does not constitute a contract for sale and does not mean your Reservation has been accepted. Reservations are subject to acceptance by your Dacia Retailer. A Dacia customer services representative (“Dacia Guide”) will confirm your Reservation with the Dacia Retailer and will contact you to confirm acceptance of your Reservation. Acceptance of your Reservation does not constitute a binding contract or any offer to enter into a binding contract for the sale of the Vehicle. Prices and offers shown on the Site are correct at the time of publication and may vary at the point you place your actual order for the Vehicle. Finance offers are subject to offer end dates. Neither Dacia or its Dacia Retailers can be held responsible for the expiry of offers or a change in the price of Vehicle between Reservation being made on the Site and the placing of your actual order. Only the signing of an order form with your Dacia Retailer to purchase the Vehicle or the signing of a finance agreement with Mobilize Financial Services (or any other financial provider you are introduced to by your Dacia Retailer) by you, will constitute a contractual commitment to purchase the Vehicle.
If you decide not to purchase the vehicle, you can request a refund of the Reservation Amount at any time by contacting your Dacia Guide. Your payment will be refunded in full, usually within 10 working days.
Dacia and/or the Dacia Retailer reserves the right to cancel your Reservation.
The order and payment of the Vehicle is confirmed with the Dacia Retailer, at the Dacia Retailer’s premises.
The final purchase price for your Vehicle may contain a discount for a trade-in, the actual sale price may be different if; the Customer does not trade-in their own vehicle, does not wish to have his vehicle traded-in by the Dacia Retailer or if the vehicle does not meet the eligibility criteria for a used car.Dacia and/or the Dacia Retailer reserve the right to slightly change the specification of your Vehicle provided that the change is insignificant.
Reserving a Vehicle from a Dacia Retailer’s stock
Vehicles reserved from a Dacia Retailer’s stock will be reserved for 72 hours (3 days) once the Reservation Amount has been paid.
The Reservation will expire and become null and void if you do not proceed to order the Vehicle within 72 hours (3 days) of you completing the Reservation on the Site.
Once the 72 hour (3 day) period has expired, the Vehicle is no longer reserved for you and is put back on sale to the public. The Vehicle will become available for Reservation on the Site and you will not be charged any additional fees related to the Vehicle Reservation.
Available Vehicle stock is updated in real-time. However, in the unlikely event the Vehicle reserved has already been sold, the Dacia Guide will discuss other options open to you.
The Customer certifies that they:
(i) are over 18 years of age;
(ii) have the legal right to make the payment for the Reservation or have obtained explicit permission from the person whose name appears on the payment card being used to pay the Reservation Amount.
To reserve a Vehicle you will need to follow the following steps:
1. To proceed with your Reservation, simply click on the "Reserve now" button on the vehicle details webpage.
2. Fill in the Reservation form with the requested details including your personal information, your financing preferences and/or your wish to benefit from a trade-in offer for a vehicle you own;
3: Your reservation payment is taken by our recognised banking partner STRIPE of 354 Oyster Point Boulevard, South San Francisco, California, 94090, USA (“STRIPE”), no financial data will be taken by Dacia or
stored on Dacia’s servers.
4: The Stripe pop-up window will appear for you to enter your name and payment card details.
5: The deposit is refundable if the Reservation does not go ahead. You will need to contact a Dacia Guide for the return of the Reservation Amount. The monies will be refunded usually within 10 working days to the card the payment was made from.
6: A summary of your Reservation mentioning the model of the Vehicle, the version, the colour, the type of fuel, the type of gearbox and the Vehicle’s manufacturers recommended retail price is shown to you before you submit your Reservation request
Once the Reservation has been made, an email confirming your Reservation request will be sent to you at the email address previously indicated in the Reservation form, indicating that the Reservation has been registered with the Dacia Guide’s team.
The applicable Dacia Retailer will be informed of your Reservation and a Dacia Guide will contact you at the earliest opportunity to confirm your Reservation.
The Dacia Guide can also assist you with the next steps in relation to placing an order and (if required) making a Finance Application.
You will be passed to your chosen Dacia Retailer to complete the purchase of your chosen Vehicle.
All payments made on the Site are processed securely by our payment processor partner, STRIPE (and its global affiliates). The STRIPE payment system is managed and owned by STRIPE. STRIPE accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Other payment methods may be added or removed from time to time. You warrant that you have the appropriate authority to use the payment details which you enter. By entering your debit or credit card or other payment information, you agree to STRIPE’s payment terms https://stripe.com/en-gb/privacy and the use of your information by STRIPE for the purposes of paying the amount due and processing your payment.
Finance is provided by Mobilize Financial Services. Mobilize Financial Services is a trading name of RCI Financial Services Limited, registered in England and Wales no. 03302462. Registered office: Rivers Office Park, Denham Way, Maple Cross, Rickmansworth, WD3 9YS (“Mobilize”). Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority
If you decide to apply for finance, you will be asked to complete a Finance Application online which requires you to provide personal data such as your name, date of birth and contact details as well as your employment, address history and bank details.
You will be subject to Mobilize’s finance terms and conditions when taking out finance.
The Reservation requires Dacia to collect your personal data.

Any failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, a right, power or remedy provided by these Terms and Conditions or by law shall not constitute a waiver of that, or any other, right, power or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right, power or remedy, preclude the further exercise of that, or any other, right, power or remedy.
If any provision, or part of a provision, of these Terms and Conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
