Problems connecting to your car:
- On your smartphone:
Go to Android Auto settings. If the pairing line displays "none", a customer incident report will need to be opened by our support team for further diagnosis. If the name of your car appears, touch it, select "forget", then try the connection again.
On iPhone, open the CarPlay app, select your vehicle, and check that the option is activated (green). If, despite this, the connection fails, a customer report will also be required to pass on the problem to our technical teams.
- In your vehicle:
From the car's display, search for the Android Auto application (or CarPlay for iPhone). Once open, select your phone's name from the list. Check that the connection option is activated (green switch).
If the option is already activated but does not work, or if reconnection fails after activation, a customer report must also be opened so that the problem can be dealt with by our technical support team.
